Emua Fashions releases Candy Collection
Once again, Emua Fashion is testing the boundaries of modern afrocentric-inspired design in its brand new summer release. Playful, sexy and yet practical, the Candy collection was created to make a lady look and feel just that – eye candy. Part of the lookbook was shot in a playground and successfully showcases the flirtatious and playful side of the collection. Yes, it’s absolutely okay to wear a long dress to the park just like any regular maxi dress because you can either dress it down or up depending on the occasion.
The collection also features high quality materials in bright colours and flirtatious designs. Staying true to Emua Fashions’ afrocentric roots, Cynthis Kio still manages to infuse a hint of the cultural element, combining frills and lace with ankara. There might not be a lot of offering for the men but the shorts make for the perfect beach outfit worn when with a casual t-shirt or pair with a white dress shirt and a bow-tie for a sharp look.
